Criteria Development

Success in the recruitment process depends on developing a clear and substantial set of selection criteria. Such criteria, guide the sourcing strategy, provide a screening template and are essential to effective assessment/selection of candidates. We want to gain a clear understanding of the role and expectations for the position and the “must have” skills needed to be successful.

Candidate Mapping & Sourcing

In discussion with you, we determine the scope of the search and develop a sourcing strategy to meet your requirements. We employ a variety of techniques to fully explore the target market and build a strong candidate pool.

Mapping

Conduct research using industry and professional directories, association rosters, national computer databases and various social media sites, in addition to our own network and database.

Sourcing

Research, identify and contact passive individuals employed in appropriate roles who may be personally interested and/or able to provide constructive leads and referrals.

Shortlisting

Establish a list of “A” candidates from initial phone contact and/or resume review.

Candidate Screening

Resumes received through our direct sourcing efforts are screened against the Search Profile. Those candidates who best fit the profile and receive an “A” rating will have their resumes forwarded. A weekly report will be provided as well.

90 Day Guarantee

We are so confident in our mapping and sourcing methodology that we guarantee their performance for 90 days. If you’re not satisfied with their work at any time within 3 months of their start date we’ll find a replacement candidate for free.*
