This is a cost effective approach to executive and senior technical searches.
Once the scope of the search is established, we develop a sourcing strategy to meet the requirements. We employ a variety of techniques to fully explore the target market and build a strong candidate pool.
We conduct research using industry and professional directories, association rosters, national computer databases and various social media sites, in addition to our own networks and databases. We research, identify, and contact individuals employed in appropriate roles who may be personally interested and/or able to provide constructive leads and referrals. A copy of the final map is provided to the Recruiter and/or hiring manager.
A mapping & sourcing campaign is 30 – 45 days and involves making as many calls as necessary to identify qualified candidates. We establish a list of “A” candidates from initial phone contact and/or resume review, provide weekly reports to recruitment team representative and/or hiring manager.
Internal Sourcing Model
